Since the day, I started getting treatment from Dr. Pavankumar Rasallar, I am getting more hopeful about treatment of my problem DCM. He explains the things properly and interacts with the patients properly.

Great 2nd opinion consultation, consulted Dr Pavan for my father’s cardiac consultation got a very satisfying response. I visited Dr.Pavan for a cardiac check up since I was experiencing elevated heart rate for quite few days. After carefully listening to my issue, he suggested I get an ECG done. He was very professional and explained in detail the reasons that could have triggered elevated heart beat. visited Dr Pavan Rasalkar for my fathers in law’s heart condition. He had suffered a heart attack and angiography revealed blockage in all Heart arteries. Was advised bypass surgery by some doctors and stenting by some .
Also doctors gave high risk for surgery or stenting considering his age and decreased pump function of Heart.
Then I was referred to Dr Pavan by one of my relatives who had got stent done by him . Dr Pavan advised us to undergo stenting which was safely done .
Now one year after the procedure my father in law is doing well with prescribed medications.
I suggest this doctor for every one with my own experience.

I really appreciate the Dr. Pavan Sir. We admitted our mother in law to KIMS hospital for food poison and body shivering. Sir treated very well and now she is very good. He explained in detail her health condition. He understands our situation and will talk very smooth and will give right treatment. Consulted Dr Rasalkar for my mothers angioplasty. I was really tensed and scared as many other cardiologists had advised that the risk of procedure was very high as it was complicated blockage. Consulted Dr Rasalakar after reference from a family friend who had got angioplasty done by him. He handled the complicated case with outmost professionalism and care. Visited the doctor for long standing unresolved chest pain . Had visited multiple cardiologists over last one year with no relief . All the cardiac tests were normal and everyone dismissed it as stress related. Dr Pavan listened to me patiently and understood my issue. No tests were done by him . Long pending review to Dr Pavan. Amazing doctor. He did complex left main stenting with roto drilling for my brother in law one year back. He was not able to walk 10 steps without chest pain. He is a kidney failure patient on regular dialysis and also has sugar and bp problem. He developed severe block in 2 veins of heart and it was very complicated and heart pumping had also gone down. Dr Pavan managed the case very well and did the angioplasty one year back. Last week check angiogram also is done and stents are working in perfect condition. Went for heart related issues as I have LV valve grade 1 & was feeling some chest discomfort.
The doctor checked all previous reports & also took an ECG.
Based on ECG, 1 blood test was suggested & the lab next door gave the report in 20/25 minutes.
The doctor prescribed medicines for 1st line of preventive measure & for gastric reflux.
He also suggested more investigation but which can be done when convenient.
Overall 1st experience was good.

Amazing and very inspirational. If this is being read i kindly apologize ..because i didnt take treatment from him …..but he had taken a lecture for us at KIMS College Bangalore on Coronary artery disease and basic interpretation of ECG. Being first a first year student usually it is difficult for us to understand the topics but he made it extremely simple for us and he inspires me greatly. I would like to Thank Our HEART DOCTOR who gave us hope, My father had a cardiac arrest mid last year and somehow with God’s grace was saved but was said he still needs another stunt during our discharge.
We were scared and not sure of what to do. Somehow by God’s grace got a chance to meet Dr. Pawan at KIMS who explained to us the situation and gave us hope. With his guidance and support, we got him admitted to hospital and within 2 days he was operated and discharged and he is better than before.

Very professional and compassionate. I was having chest pain and visited Dr pavan. after ecg echo tmt he advised Angiogram which was done at apollo. angio showed blockage in 3 veins . he suggested bypass surgery for the blockage and told it will be better than stenting in my case . He also gave us CD of angio and told to take second opinion as we were very tensed. first time I saw a doctor himself asking us to take second opinion . that built a lot of confidence in us . we did meet other Cardiologists and took opinions. no one explained it as well as Dr pavan. I finally got admitted under Dr pavan in apollo and his colleagues who are bypass surgeons did the surgery. all through out the hospital stay during angiogram and bypass surgery he visited us promptly daily and talked to me and my family and built confidence. he has a positive aura about him which rubs off on us and makes us feel so better. Hi,
I am 36 yrs old and an extremely fit guy. I used to do rowing 10 km and weight training 4 days a week. I was experiencing severe chest pain, gas/bloating and had bowel issues.
Doc recommended I do all tests – ECG, Echo & TMT, all at his clinic. TMT came out abnormal, I completed it without panting but seems I took time to recover. I was asked to do a traditional angiogram and then angioplasty/bypass based on the severity of blockage/s. And I was given statins.
I was not satisfied so waited and took a second opinion.

Consulted Dr Pavan Rasalkar for palpitations which was not resolving for a long time. Had consulted many cardiologist including some of the most seniors ones but to no avail. Had got all the possible tests multiple times but no one could identify my problem. Everyone told its anxiety and dismissed it . Dr Pavan diagnosed it as a case of POTS which he told is a very rare condition and treated me accordingly and now I am lot lot better. Highly recommmend Dr Pavan for any cardiology related issues especially rare and complicated conditions.

** ** *** **** ******* *** **** ***********, a wonderful human being. I have consulted many doctors, but Dr. Pavan beats everyone with some distance. I always felt that something is not right with my heart, while in reality it’s functioning perfectly, and I am suffering from anxiety issues. I don’t remember how many times I have disturbed him asking for ECG interpretations – early morning, late nights , sundays etc etc… He has been so understanding, from cardiac issue, as well as my anxiety issues – don’t have words to explain. Yesterday my dad was advised to get admitted due to high heart rate, I immediately called him, and he reached the hospital asap, did all the tests, and waited till late till such time my dad got a covid bed (as his test came out +ve). I don’t think there can be a better combination of knowledge, humility, selflessness , understanding and on and on.. than Dr. Pavan! Hats of to you sir!!

During preliminary examination, it was found that carotid artery was heavily blocked. I contacted Dr Pavan immediately and he advised us to bring him to Bangalore. He performed Carotid Angioplasty and related procedures at a reasonable cost. He was available for consultation at all times and gave renewed confidence to our family members.Within a week, my uncle is back to normal and reported to work.
